Yes, Chris Brown is tweeting again. I guess it clicked for Chris, twitter is where you connect with fans. So if he's connecting with fans, they will get to bond, if they bond they get closer, if they get closer they will become a twitter family, && everybody likes for there family to be on top...maybe Chris can rise back to the top again. Coming back to twitter was a good look for homie.
